- Your Program Coordinator will provide a Suggested Placement Program for you to consider. This will include:
- An outline of the suggested placement(s)
- The costs involved for each placement, if applicable
- Other factors you want included in your program, e.g. time to visit relatives, independent travel, etc.
Please note: We are happy to adjust your Suggested Placement Program until you are satisfied with all the details. When the Program meets with your approval, you should indicate this by paying your deposit - 25% of the Program cost.
- You must make your confirmation payment within a month, or sooner if you're confident the Suggested Placement Program suits your needs. The confirmation payment is a further 25% of the Program cost. Once this payment is received, your CV is sent to the placement host so they can determine your suitability for their volunteer role.
Please note: The two payments - deposit and confirmation payment - may be made together to save you time and bank costs.
- Final Payment. The remaining 50% of the Placement Program cost must be made 60 days before your departure date.

- Finalising your program.
- Upon receipt of your final payment, we will send you a Volunteer Information Sheet. This outlines what you need to take to your placement, etc.
- Don't forget to arrange any tourist visas required for entry into destination countries.
- Once we receive your flight and insurance details, we will finalise your Detailed Program and send it to you. Your Detailed Programs includes information to enable you to contact your hosts and arrange meeting upon your arrival.
